Salmuera is located in the historic tasting room of Bols on the Rozengracht. The bar is famous for its wide assortment of mescal and other Latino spirits. The inventive cocktails are all inspired by the flavours of Latin America, using a variety of peppers and fruits and the homemade agua frescas. The tropical fresh and the sour drinks blend perfectly with their ceviche bar.
